Tell me which page you were on, what you clicked, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot saves a lot of back and forth.
📐 A number looks wrong
These are the most welcome emails. Include your inputs and the figure you expected. If the maths here is wrong it gets fixed and the methodology page updated.
💡 A tool you wish existed
Say what question you are trying to answer rather than the feature you picture. The question usually suggests a better tool than the feature does.
🔒 Privacy and your data
For access to, or deletion of, your data: signed-in users can export everything and delete their account from the account page at any time. For anything else, email and it will be handled.
Have an account? The support page creates a tracked ticket, so you can see the status and read the reply in-app as well as by email.
